Pele is the Hawaiian Goddess of Fire - she's alive and well on the Big Island of Hawaii doing her thing almost daily at Kiluea - the most active volcano on the planet. We chose Pele because the deep red color of the Hibiscus flower on this superb women's cut hawaiian shirt reminded us of the color of the lava flows spewing from Kiluea - plus one must appease any Hawaiian God with such powers.
